Jackson and I took a trip to Virginia to get away (read: get spoiled) for a little while, and the little man got more love and attention than he knew what to do with. He discovered a new love: pretzel rods and now can go nowhere without them. It's a new pacifier, although he still hangs on to the old pacis, too. We had a great time and were sad to have to leave to come home. We're plotting to get all of our family to move south and closer so Jackson can enjoy the benefit of all the love and attention ALL the time. If only we could create jobs for everyone. . .hmmm. We'll have to work on that.

Nana and MoMo with the little monkey.

Aunt Steph was brave enough for diaper duty! And we're so tickled that she and Aaron will be having a baby in March - Jackson and his cousin will get into lots of fun/trouble together one day!

Uncle Aaron wasn't up for diaper duty, but he did observe and give lots of love.

Our trip included a journey up to Pa for a day to visit with Jackson's great-grandmother (my dad's mom). He loved playing with her and the other great aunts/uncle who came to visit.

Great-grandmother and great-grandfather Shirley & Jack were big hits. They are big dancers, and Jackson did lots of dancing for them.

Uncle Jason fed Jackson bottles, food, and even braved bath time with him. Jackson LOVES bath time. He took the opportunity to pee on MoMo several times when MoMo did bath time with him. It was hilarious!! We can't wait for more family visits in the NEAR future (hint, hint to all our family everywhere). :)
